Wonderfully Made Posted on 23rd Jan 2011, 12:50pm by admin

St. Vincent De Paul once said “I fear what you may call my success”
Genesis: Then God said, “And now we will make human beings; “

My Father told me,
Before I was born, I was like an unpainted Easter egg.
I sat along with all the other eggs and waited for the paint of Life.

One day, God took me up and breathed on me.
Being Almighty, He had in mind the most beautiful symbols and colours, more than I can ever imagine,
and He knew exactly what He wanted on me.
He began to paint
exactly as He had planned from the Beginning.

God looked at everything he had made, and he was very pleased.

It turns out, God did draw the most beautiful rainbow, but He also made a large crack, and several black blotches.
It was the same with most of the other eggs that day; one even had two holes in him!
“I tell you the truth,” Jesus answered, “today–yes, tonight–before the rooster crows twice you yourself will disown me three times.”
Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows twice you will disown me three times.” And he broke down and wept.

Why?
This was now the third time Jesus was revealed to his disciples after being raised from the dead..
..Peter was distressed that He had said to him a third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.”

Yet God looked at everything he had made, and he was very pleased.

Why?
All of us were rather disappointed that day.
We couldn’t sleep very well, thinking what God had on His mind.

One night, the egg with two holes started to cry very loudly, waking us up.
It was because of his holes, so we spent the night trying to find ways to patch them up.
Nothing stuck until an egg offered a little of his shell, and surprisingly, it did!
We felt bad, so we donated a little bit of our shells, and then
We laughed ourselves to sleep,
since we were so engrossed in patching the holes that now, all of us had holes!

The next morning, God saw all our holes, and he was smiling
God whispered, “I made you with Love, and Love you have become”.

God looked at everything he had made, and he was very pleased.
