Feel that even though you’re a doctor, you seem to have forgotten why you wanted to be one? Or you’re not a doctor, but want to work hand in hand with doctors as their “nurse”?
Then St Anthony’s Free Clinic is an option!
St Anthony’s Free Clinic is at the basement of St Anthony’s Church at Woodlands. Address is 25 Woodlands Avenue 1 (between Blk 331 and 335) Singapore 739064. The clinic is open 7pm -9pm on Mondays and Fridays. It’s a free clinic run like a GP clinic in that there is no charge for consultation and for the medications. If patients are able to afford it, they will give some money into a box at the door.
The nearest MRT is Marsiling if you’re walking there (can cut through the HDB flats)
Doctors who are covered by MPS with their current employment (under Singhealth for instance) are covered for their free clinic services at St Anthony’s as well. Should you seek clarification, please feel free to contact us.
For the non doctor volunteers, especially nursing trained, you can help out as “nurses”, dispensing the medication, locating the case history card, etc.

1. JCI Audits – Jesus Christus Imperat
“Jesus Christ Imperat” (JCI) which also means “Jesus Chirst Rules”. Audits is derived from the term “Auditus” means a “hearing/listening”.
JCI Audits sessions is a time for Junior doctors to come together for sessions to listen and learn, and to share our struggles as junior doctors.
No matter how poor we may feel our faith formation to be, all are welcome, to come and listen, share and learn, and we hope that everyone comes away with something.
